About
I've been in every seat I coach.

I'm Marcus Jackman. 12 years in sales — I carried a bag before I led the people carrying one, and I've done both against real numbers with real consequences.
As an individual contributor I closed over $10M and hit 100% of my quarterly quotas. Not one miss, through every number I was handed, and they kept getting bigger.
In the leadership seat I led to 3x ARR, which carried to an exit. Dollars sold per AE went up 59% in my first six months. Win rates went up. Pipeline generation went up. Input volume went up. I've led SDR teams directly too, so generating pipeline and helping others do so is a great strength of mine.
I'm not precious about industry. Good selling is good selling — the buyer changes, the fundamentals don't.

The approach
There's no playbook for sale here
Most sales trainers have one system. They'll sell it to a seed-stage founder and a 200-rep enterprise org in the same week, because the system is the product and you're the customer for it.
That's backwards. Your product, your buyer, your team, and your constraints are not somebody else's. A framework that ignores all of that is a framework that's going to waste your money.
I start where you actually are. What are you trying to accomplish, what's genuinely in the way, and what's the shortest line between those two things. Then we build the engagement around that answer — and only that answer.
