Sales coaching, training, and advisory
You don't need another playbook. You need someone who's done it.
Twelve years selling and leading. Every product, every team, every territory is different, so I don't sell a one-size-fits-all system. I start with the goal you're actually chasing and build the engagement around it. Rep, leader, or founder.
The receipts
I'm not coaching from theory.
- $10M+
- personally closed
- Carrying a bag, in the seat, against a number.
- 100%
- of quarters hit
- Every IC quarterly quota I've ever been given. The numbers kept growing.
- 3x
- ARR under my leadership
- I stepped into the leadership seat and led to 3x ARR, which carried to an exit.
- Across the board
- performance went up
- Dollars sold per AE up 59% in my first six months leading. Win rates up. Pipeline generation up. Input volume up.
What I do
Three ways to work together.
Every engagement is built from scratch around what you're trying to accomplish. These are the three seats I work from.

There's no playbook for sale here
Most sales trainers have one system. They'll sell it to a seed-stage founder and a 200-rep enterprise org in the same week, because the system is the product and you're the customer for it.
That's backwards. Your product, your buyer, your team, and your constraints are not somebody else's. A framework that ignores all of that is a framework that's going to waste your money.
I start where you actually are. What are you trying to accomplish, what's genuinely in the way, and what's the shortest line between those two things. Then we build the engagement around that answer — and only that answer.
Tell me what you're trying to hit.
No goal is too small and none is too big — they just cost time and money accordingly. Send a note with what you're working on and I'll tell you straight whether I can help.
